Before you enlist

A Realm HQ clearance is a digital membership. Checkout and card details are handled by Stripe. HQ never sees or stores your card. Read the terms of engagement below, then pick a standing.

Billing and renewal

Monthly and annual tiers renew automatically at the price shown, in AUD, until you cancel. Lifetime is a single one-off payment with no renewal. The exact amount and cadence are confirmed on the Stripe checkout screen before you pay.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the Terminal via Manage billing (the Stripe billing portal). Access runs to the end of the period already paid; no partial-period refunds.

Tax

Prices are listed in Australian dollars. Any tax that applies to your location is calculated and displayed by Stripe at checkout before payment.

What a clearance includes

Digital entitlements only: the drop discount, channel access and file access listed on each tier. Elite and Realm Certified also unseal the Vault. Nothing physical ships with a clearance.

Physical products

Field-issue merch is sold separately and is currently unreleased. A clearance tier does not include any physical item, and buying a tier never ships goods.

After checkout

Stripe returns you to the Access desk, which confirms your clearance once HQ posts it to the register (usually within a minute). A confirmation transmission follows by email.
