Realm HQ accepts returns on defective goods within fourteen days of receipt. Wrong sizing swaps considered if the item is unworn and the tag is intact.
Custom items, made-to-order items, and anything stamped REALM CERTIFIED cannot be returned once dispatched. Limited drops are limited. That is the whole point.
To open a return file, email the desk with your order number and a clear description. HQ will respond within three working days. Approved returns are credited to the original payment method.
