The Boneyard.
The Boneyard is where files go when HQ forgets on purpose. It is not a room, though there is a door, and it is not a database, though there is a terminal, and both are on the same side of a wall that appears on no plan of the building.
Every sold-out unit ends up here, numbered and shelved and never restocked. Every failed applicant, filed under CLASSIFICATION: RAW, waiting out a reassessment window that never quite arrives. Every transmission that came back wrong is logged, sealed, and left to cool.
The Boneyard does not give things back. This is not policy. It is simply what the Boneyard does, and policy has learned to agree with it. ARCHIVE STANDING ORDER, ATTACHMENT C
ACCESS
Realm Certified only, and even then the standing order is to look, log, and leave. Do not reshelve anything you did not pull. Do not read a sealed transmission aloud.
HANDLING PROTOCOL
If the terminal offers you a file you did not request, that file wants out, and the correct response is to close the terminal and walk back through the door you came in. There is only ever redacted door. Count on that.
The remainder of this file is sealed in the Vault pending clearance review.
